Due to popular demand Casa Blanca will now open up to fishermen during the months of July, August, and September!
These are some of the best months for Permit and Tarpon, and the ample supply of bonefish. With the calm winds and seas.... well it is going to be a little warm during the middle of the day, but you can modify your day to leave early and come back to the lodge for lunch and a siesta in the A/C. Then take off later in the afternoon for some evening tailers. Or take advantage of the best lighting during the middle of the day, and finish the day off in your Air Conditioned room with a cocktail.
Summer Special includes roundtrip air charter (Cancun to Island).

Due to the overwhelming response we have received from this promotion. We will be unable to "pencil in" any rooms, guides or any other special requests for any group. All reservations and requests will be confirmed upon receiving monies due according to Casa Blanca's payment policy. All room & guide requests will be determined by a "first pay - first choice" system.
Reservations, Deposits
A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival at the lodge.
All Inclusive Fishing Package Includes Deluxe seaside accommodations, all meals, non-bottled beverages. Fishing rates include guide & boat beverages. Rate does not include alcoholic beverages, use of the phone, laundry, guide and staff gratuities.
We recommend all guests arrive to Cancun the evening prior to their arrival day on the island. The Marriott Courtyard provides affordable, convenient accommodations as well as an airport shuttle that runs approx. every 45 minutes. Fastest way to the fishing! It is possible for you to arrive in Cancun Saturday morning and be on the Casa Blanca Pier, sipping a margarita by 2:00pm!
Private Air Charter - 50 Minutes from Cancun to the Island
All standard charter flights originate at the FBO terminal at the Cancun Int'l airport on Saturday. Guest flying to the island must arrive no later than 2:00 pm to CUN Int'l airport. All guests will be met at the airport and escorted to private transportation which will take them to the FBO to meet their private air charter flight. Upon departure guests will be transported from the FBO to the major airlines terminal. In case you need help with any of your luggage... just ask. You will be met be a Casa Blanca rep who will help with your transfer.
An Eco Adventure Ride through the heart of the Sian Ka'an Bioshphere Reserve
Ground & Sea Transportation - 4 hour 45 minutes thru the Sian Ka'an
All guests wishing to drive down to the lodge must be prepared to leave CUN no later than 12:00pm on Saturday. Ground Transportation will originate at CUN Int'l airport. All Guests will meet under the outside pavilion in front of Berryhill restaurant, just outside of baggage claim, for the 12:00pm departure. If you miss the ride to the island, guests will need to make arrangements with our local representative to hire another vehicle and driver at the guests expense. The ride will consist of 2 hours of paved 4 lane highway and 2 hours of dirt jungle road that winds through the Sian Ka'an Biosphere Reserve. The ride will end in Punta Allen at the Casa Blanca Pier. At the pier, guests will meet the boat transfer. The boat ride will take approximately 45 minutes. The boat ride will take you across Ascension Bay, winding through mangroves, back bays, lagoons and open water. The transfer is an ECO tour in itself!

All guests who can get themselves to Punta Allen can make arrangements for a round trip Boat Transfer. Boat transfers must take place during daylight hours. No exceptions.

The above package rates include: Round-trip charter from Cancun to the Island, deluxe seaside accommodations, all meals, non-bottled beverages, snorkeling, wind surfing, sea kayaking, bicycling, archaeological excursions, birding tours, use of all recreational equipment. Fishing rates include guide and boat beverages.
Not included in the rates are:
alcoholic beverages, use of the phone, laundry service, guide service or staff gratuities.
Partial Week Itineraries:
Should begin or end on a Saturday. The lodge will not except reservations which span a Saturday.
Air Charter Surcharges:
Additional air charter charges will apply for groups for which extra flights are required. Charges are for late arrivals, early departures and/ or partial week itineraries. Cost of air charter is included in the above rates and only apply to flights on Saturday. For all other itineraries there is a surcharge based on the number if passengers aboard.(1 Pass. = $860/ 2 Pass.= $430ea./ 3 Pass.= $287ea./ 4 Pass.= $215ea.)
Gratuity:
Recommended tip for a fishing guide is $40 per day/ per boat.
Recommended tip for house/ restaurant staff os $15 per day or $90 per week per guest.
Payment Policy
Payments & Cancellations:
A 50% deposit is required within 10 days of booking to confirm a reservation. It the reservation is made within 60 days of the
scheduled arrival, payment in full is required in order to confirm reservation. A full refund, less $500 per person cancellation fee, will be made for written cancellations received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival. There will be no refund for cancellations received within 60 days of the scheduled arrival. There will be no refunds made for unused portions of the packages or unused air charter. If your trip is cancelled due to a hurricane or some other catastrophic event, the lodge will make every effort to offer alternate dates, but there can be no guarantee that this will be possible. In this event the lodge will retain all deposits and payments. If the final payment is not received within 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival, the lodge may elect to cancel the reservations and resell the space, retaining all deposits and payments.
We strongly recommend that our customers purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance!
