The above package rates include: Ocean front room w/ air conditioning and private bath, breakfast, picnic lunch, four course dinner with wine, fishing skiff with guide, housekeeping, kitchen, and maintenance service charges and Bahamian Resort Taxes.

Not included in the rates are: International airfare, minimum $45 guide tip per boat/ per day, air or ground transportation, beverages (except bottled water), tackle shop equipment rentals & purchases, fishing on arrival upgrade ($460 per boat)

Deposit and Final Payment: A 50% deposit per guest is required to reserve a spot within 10 days of booking. The deposit is refundable less a $100.00 per person handling fee if written cancellation is received 90 days prior to departure. If cancellation is received 60-90 days prior to departure, deposit will be applied in full to a future trip taken within one year of original date. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure. At this point, participant is responsible for total cost and no refund will be made unless client replacement is found. There is no refund for unused portion of the package. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended. In the event of a hurricane or other catastrophic event Deep Water Cay Club will make an effort to offer alternate dates, but this is not guaranteed, Deep Water Cay Club will retain all payment and deposits
