To avoid travel on Christmas Day and New Years Day, Christmas Week and New Years Week will be booked Dec. 22 -29 and Dec. 29 - Jan 5 this year. Dec. 18 -22 will be booked as a Partial Week package as will Jan 5 -8. Although the dates are different, a similar arrangement will be for 2011.
All rates are for Saturday to Saturday packages. Partial week packages may be booked on space available basis depending on the selected week.
All rates are based on double occupany except as noted for the single occupancy (private boat & guide) fishing packages.
All of the deluxe guestrooms are comparable and all are centrally air-conditioned. There is no surcharge for air-conditioning.
There are no upgrades charges related to rooms and all rooms are available on request on a first come/first served basis including the Villas and the recently renovated Beach Cabanas.
Fishing
package rates include: Fully guided daily fishing (two anglers per boat
and one guide), all land and sea transfers on scheduled transfer days, three
substantial meals per day and pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres, air conditioned double
occupancy lodging.
Not included in the fishing rates are:
Air travel to Belize, bar tab, fly and gift shop purchases, gratuities, fishing
equipment rentals.
Diving package rates include: 3 dives per day (usually 2 on the last
day), day trip to dive the Blue Hole and explore Lighthouse Reef, tanks,
weights, and weight belt, daily care and cleaning of your dive equipment, all
land and sea transfers on scheduled transfer days, three substantial meals a day
and pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres, air conditioned, double occupancy lodging.
Not included in the diving rates are:
Air travel to Belize, bar tab, fly and gift shop purchases, gratuities, dive
equipment rentals and Blue Hole Park Entrance Fee.
Combination Package Rates
Include:
Fully guided fishing ( 2 per boat and guide), Up to 3 dives per day, tanks,
weights, and weight belt, all land and sea transfers on scheduled transfer days,
three substantial meals per day and pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres, air-conditioned,
double occupancy lodging.
Not included in the fishing rates are:
Air travel to Belize, bar tab, fly and gift shop purchases, gratuities, fishing
equipment rentals, diving equipment rentals, Blue Hole Park entrance fee.
Rest & Relaxation Package
Rates Include:
Unguided snorkeling & kayaking from the lodge, lounging on the island, all land
and sea transfers on scheduled transfer days, three substantial meals per day
and pre-dinner hors d'oeuvres, air-conditioned, double occupancy lodging.
Not included in the fishing rates are:
Air travel to Belize, bar tab, fly and gift shop purchases, gratuities.
Payment Policy
Deposit & Cancellations: A deposit of 25% of your package is
required to confirm reservations. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Deposits are refundable (minus $100 handling fee per package & any applicable
credit card fees) up to 60 days prior to the start of your trip. Within 60 days
of your trip, your deposit is non-refundable unless we resell your spot. No
refunds are available for unused portions of the packages.

to purchase Trip Cancellation Insurance.
