All nightly accommodations include: Daily a.m. and p.m. land excursions-scenic-beaches-snorkeling, 2 times weekly Full Day Boat Cruise, use of small sailboats, Bicycles, use of Kayaks, 3 pools, 8 beaches, Eco Excursions, Weekly Rum Punch Party

- Resort Levy 6% + 12% VAT
- Maid Service Charge $6 per person per night
- Energy Surcharge @ $4 per person/per night for hotel rooms + 12% VAT, @ $7 per person/per night for cottages and villa + 12% VAT
Other services such as meals and beverages will also be subject to VAT. Activities and other incidentals may be subject to VAT pending Government decision.
Nightly Accommodation Rates Include These Activities:
- Use of three Swimming Pools and Beach Towels
- Daily am/pm Snorkelling and Beach Excursions
- Use of Bicycles
- Use of Small Sailboats
- Use of Kayaks and Paddle Boards
- Weekly Evening Entertainment
- Free Wi-Fi in and around clubhouse
Children sharing any accommodation with parents: Children 12 and under are FREE (not subject to nightly surcharges)
Additional Adult: Accommodation charge is $40 per adult, per night. (Subject to nightly surcharges)
Deposits: Online reservation deposits are due at the time of booking. 1-3 nights: 1 night deposit 3-5 nights: 2 nights deposit 5-7 nights: 3 nights deposit 10 nights or more: 5 nights deposit All Packages: $750,– deposit
Cancellation Policy: A fee of $75 + 12% VAT will be applied to all cancellations. Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival. Special deposit and cancellation conditions apply to Christmas and New Year bookings. Christmas & New Year: Deposits will be forfeited for cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival.
Meal Plans Available:
- MAP (Breakfast and Dinner): $70 per person/per night (Plus 15% Gratuity & Plus 12% VAT)
- FAP (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner): $83,– per person/per night (Plus 15% Gratuity & Plus 12% VAT)
Meal Plans do not include beverages.
Reef Fishing: $550. Includes full day for 4-6 people with a guide in boat sizes ranging from 16′ to 27′. Overtime for boat, crew, fuel is charged at $100 per hour.
Not included in the rates are: 6% Government Taxes, 4% Hotel levy, Maid Service Charge($6 per person per night), Energy surcharge($3 per person per night).
Deep Sea Fishing: $950. Includes full day (8:00am- 4:00pm) for 4-8 people, guide, boat ranging in size from 19′ to 38′. Overtime for boat, crew, fuel is charged at $100 per hour.
Bone Fishing: $450. Full day fishing for 1-2 fishing with guide. Transfer to/from dock by taxi @ $20., round trip for 2 people, or own rental car. Basic tackle is available to rent, but own gear is recommended.
Payment Policy
Deposit and Final Payment: A 50% deposit per guest is required to reserve a spot within 14 days of booking. The deposit is refundable less a $100.00 per person handling fee if written cancellation is received 90 days prior to departure. If cancellation is received 60-90 days prior to departure, deposit will be applied in full to a future trip taken within one year of original date. Final payment is due 60 days prior to the departure. At this point, participant is responsible for total cost and no refund will be made unless client replacement is found. There is no refund for unused portion of the package. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
