Deep Water Cay Rates are per person
Deep Water Cay requires a 50% deposit to hold a reservation and the balance is due 90 days in advance of arrival.
The above package rates include: Accommodations in an air-conditioned one bedroom cottage, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, wireless internet and use of guest computer in Main Lodge and daily guided bonefishing.
Not included in the rates are: International flights to Freeport or Lodge, 7.5% Bahamian VAT, 12% Resort Service Fee on room and meals, tackle rental ($35/day), phone calls, guide gratuity (suggested minimum $80 per boat per day), alcoholic beverages, and Offshore fishing.
Getting to the Lodge: Getting there is very easy with charters from Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach, landing at the lodge’s 4,000 ft. paved on-island airstrip in the middle of a bonefish paradise.
Tie down areas are available for private planes. Customs and Immigration are located on-island for your convenience.
You can also fly to Freeport and take a taxi to the lodge (included). Commercial flights to Freeport are available through major airlines. The Club arranges for taxi pick-up and the drive to the east end takes just over an hour in an air conditioned van.
The free club ferry meets you at the Deep Water Cay private dock at the east end of Grand Bahamas Island and it’s just another 5 minutes to the island.

Drake House – 2 bedrooms/2 baths. 2 double beds in each room. (sleeps 4) See photo at right and below.
Founders House – 2 bedrooms/2 baths. 2 twin beds, which convert to king beds, in each room. (sleeps 4)
Gumbo-Limbo House – 3 bedroom/3.5 baths. Bedroom # 1 offers: 1 king bed, bedrooms #2 and #3 offer 2 twin beds (each can convert to 1 king bed).
Royal Poinciana House – 3 bedroom/3.5 baths. Bedroom # 1 offers: 1 king bed, bedroom #2 and #3 offers: 2 twin beds (each can convert to 1 king bed).
Hibiscus House – 4 bedroom/4 baths. Bedroom #1 and bedroom #2 offer 1 king bed, bedroom #3 offers 2 twin beds and bedroom #4 features 1 queen and 1 double sofa bed. (sleeps 6-8)
Sea Grape House – 4 bedroom/4 baths. 2 double beds in each room. (sleeps 8)
Payment Policy
Deposit and Final Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and is due within 72 hours of booking. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival date.
The deposit is refundable less a $100.00 per person handling fee if written cancellation is received 90 days prior to arrival. If cancellation is received 89 days and up to 15 days prior to arrival, Deep Water Cay Club will hold payments received to be applied to a future trip to be taken within 120 days of original date (based on availability). Payments received are non-refundable for cancellations made less that 15 days prior to arrival.
Trip cancellation insurance is recommended as refunds are not given for bad weather conditions.
